As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent male, husband to a neurodivergent partner for over 20 years, father of two neurodivergent kids, and a successful professional working and leading large teams in both the field of hospitality and higher education for over two decades, I know what it means to navigate life and work differently. I was always successful on the outside, but behind the mask, I battled overwhelm, burnout, and a sense of never quite fitting in.
It wasn’t until my diagnosis, though, that everything came together and made sense. For the first time in my life I truly understood myself, both the struggles and strengths, and why I am the way I am. More importantly, it provided the knowledge and self-understanding to work with my brain, and not against it.
That’s why I built this coaching practice, to support neurodivergent men like me who often felt (and still feel) overlooked, misunderstood, or unsupported by traditional approaches.
I don’t believe you need fixing. I believe you need strategies, tools, and a space where you don’t have to pretend.
This is the work I’m most passionate about, because I live it every day!

The Process
The Blueprint Session (90-minutes)
$250
Your first session is all about building trust and clarity.
In this 90-minute consultation, we’ll:
Explore your personal and professional challenges.
Identify your goals and priorities for coaching.
Discuss what has (and hasn’t) worked for you in the past.
Start designing strategies tailored to how your brain works.
This session is about connection, not pressure. You’ll walk away with a clear sense of whether coaching is the right fit, and an outline of next steps if you choose to continue.
The Focus Sessions (50-minutes)
$150 per session
This is where strategy turns into action.
In each 50-minute coaching session, we’ll work together to:
Break down your goals into clear, actionable steps.
Develop practical systems for work, relationships, and daily life
Review what’s working and refine where you’re getting stuck.
Keep you accountable while giving you tools to build confidence and momentum.
Sessions are focused, collaborative, and always centered on what matters most to you in the moment. Over time, we’ll continue to evaluate your progress in areas such as organization, relationships, emotional regulation, and overall confidence.
The Edge Membership
$400/monthly
Following the Blueprint Session, you have the option to choose the Edge Membership for discounted sessions and some extras.
What’s included:
Four (4) Focus Sessions per month (50 minutes each) at a discounted rate.
Weekly coaching prompts designed to keep you reflecting, focused, and taking action between sessions.
The membership is designed to give clients who desire weekly sessions the structure and consistency they need to build momentum, while keeping coaching affordable and sustainable long-term.
